Welcome to Rock Cut Resort's Boat Launch information for beautiful Munuscong Lake. Our nearby Public Boat Launch known as the Conley Point Boating Access is located at Kemps Point, just 4 minutes down the road from our resort. Our resort guests have full access to this great new launch that was established recently by the Michigan State Waterways Commission.

Kemps Point is located on Munuscong Lake and it's 129 acre parcel of coastal marsh and habitats are part of the Munuscong Wildlife Area. This lake provides an abundance of fishing opportunities that include: Walleye, Northern Pike, Muskellunge, Salmon, and Steelhead. The lake feeds directly into the St. Mary's river and has easy quick access to our resort.

This boat launch area has a very large parking lot, sitting area, lighting, and informational kiosks (coming soon). Visitors will be delighted with the quality of this access point and the great fishing that awaits.

A Recreation Passport grants vehicle access to any Michigan state park, boat launch, state forest campground or nonmotorized state trailhead parking. Residents can purchase the Passport for just $11 ($5 for motorcycles) at the time of Michigan license plate renewal through Secretary of State. Forgot to check “YES” during renewal? Residents and nonresidents can purchase a Recreation Passport window sticker during regular business hours at state parks.
